Appointments and Walk-In Visits

Early Bird Walk-In Clinic

Our Early Bird Walk-In Clinic is a great way to have your child quickly seen in our office for urgent problems early in the morning before work or school so that you can plan your day!

Patients are seen on a first come, first serve basis after your electronic check-in is completed.

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM

Urgent Care Walk-In Visits
Urgent Care Walk-In Visits are a convenient way to have your child seen by their own Primary Care Physician on an urgent basis without an appointment. This allows you the opportunity of walking into our office and being seen at a time that is most convenient for you. It also helps you avoid a trip to the Emergency Room or an Urgent Care Center where your child's medical history is not known.

These visits are available for any urgent problems and for Sports Physicals as well.

Patients that walk-in during the day will be worked into the schedule on an urgent basis, after your electronic check-in is completed.

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM

Appointments
Appointments are required for:

  • Routine Well Child Care Check-Ups
  • Immunizations
  • ADHD Visits
  • Ear Piercing
  • Follow-up Visits
  • Chronic Problems
  • New Patients

Of course, appointments are always available for any problems or concerns.

If you prefer a particular day or a particular time, it is necessary to schedule an appointment to accommodate your requests.

Check-in From Home
If you schedule an appointment and have a valid email address and/or mobile phone number on file with our office, you have the ability to complete your electronic check-in at home through your computer, tablet, or smartphone, up to 2 days prior to your appointment. This saves you much time when you arrive at the office. Since you will already be checked-in, your child will be ready to be seen quickly after arrival.

After Hours
After regular office hours, on weekends, during holidays, or anytime when the office is closed, we offer a 24-hour answering service where you can leave a detailed message and a Provider will return your call. We encourage you to call and speak to the Provider On Call before making a trip to the Emergency Room or to an Urgent Care Center. Many times we can assist you by phone with medical advice that may allow you to care for your child at home and then be seen in our office the next day.

For true life-threatening emergencies, always call  911.

Please note: All copays, co-insurances, and deductibles are always due for all visits at the time of service in accordance with your insurance policy guidelines.
